• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role

• Previous call center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• No attendance or punctuality concerns
• A proactive “How can I help you?” attitude
