• Monitor personal performance data in real-time to meet service goals

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum typing speed of 35+ words per minute
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive "How can I help you?" attitude

• Experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intensive work environment
