Responsibilities
  • Provide inbound customer support to assist utility customers in making their homes more energy-efficient
  • Navigate multiple platforms to offer services such as visit scheduling, customer enrollment, technical support, and program education
  • Manage a variety of customer interactions, including voice calls and chat/email communications
  • Utilize support scripts and guides to deliver accurate information and assistance
  • Monitor personal performance data and progress in real-time to meet service goals
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intensive work environment while managing multiple tasks
  • No history of attendance or punctuality issues
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
