(Job Responsibilities)

• Provide exceptional customer service to utility customers seeking energy efficiency solutions
• Navigate multiple platforms and support scripts to assist customers with inquiries and program offerings
• Schedule visits and enroll customers in various energy efficiency programs
• Handle inbound and outbound calls while balancing customer support needs
• Utilize chat and email interactions as needed to support customers

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in a call center
• Ability to type 35+ words per minute
• Strong commitment to attendance and punctuality

• Previous experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment
• A sales-oriented mindset focused on customer service satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
