- Navigate a variety of support scripts and respond to customer inquiries via chat/email
- Monitor and track personal performance data and progress in real time
- Maintain a committed schedule with set lunches and breaks while delivering exceptional customer service
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
- Proven track record of punctuality and attendance
- Previous experience in a call center environment, preferably in an inbound/outbound sales role
- Sales-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer service satisfaction
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple platforms
