[Customer Service / Administrative Assistant / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $19 per hour / Medical, dental & vision / 401k / PTO - As a Customer Support Specialist at American Substance Abuse Professionals, you will:
Coordinate substance abuse evaluations for individuals with local Substance Abuse Professionals (SAP);
Develop and maintain positive and supportive relationships with ASAP clients;
Assist employees in getting connected to appropriate treatment as recommended by the SAP;
Follow up with the employee and treatment weekly to assess progress and additional needs;
Keep client current on any action taken on cases and share all relevant information;
Schedule follow-up appointments;
Maintain up-to-date records for all cases, including test results, progress reports and HIPAA compliant release of information form.
