• Handle customer inquiries from USA and Latin American clients
• Assign new claims to the appropriate claims handler
• Enter application information accurately into the claims management system
• Communicate with customers regarding documentation required to process claims
• Participate in maintaining a quality service culture within the Customer Service Team

• High school diploma or GED required
• One (1) year of clerical or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Experience in a customer service role within the insurance or claims industry
• Bilingual skills in Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese
• Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple priorities
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance competencies
