Elwood Staffing - [Call Center Representative] As a Call Center Associate at Elwood Staffing, you'll:
Process inbound and outbound calls;
Answer inbound calls, ordering products, taking donations, prayer requests, prayer calls, and customer service requests;
Record customer information accurately;
Process credit card payments;
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns;
Assist in other projects, including but not limited to processing data entry.
