What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage customer-related requests and deliver exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Process return authorizations, replacement orders, and credit adjustments using multiple systems
  • Act as a customer advocate, collaborating with internal departments for timely issue resolution
  • Document customer interactions and requests in the corporate CRM system
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements and Allegion policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in order entry or customer service, with familiarity in AS400, Oracle 11i, or Dynamics AX
  • Strong customer focus and ability to understand customer needs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with multiple ERP and CRM systems
