• Provide exceptional customer support for business-related requests and manage customer orders
• Process returns, replacements, and account credit adjustments using multiple systems
• Act as a customer advocate by collaborating with internal departments
• Gather and document information from customers effectively using CRM tools
• Strive to meet service level agreements and follow all company policies

• High School Diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in order entry or customer service, with familiarity in ERP systems
• Strong customer focus and the ability to understand customer needs
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a complex environment

• Experience with AS400, Oracle 11i, or Dynamics AX
• Involvement in process improvement initiatives
• Strong organizational skills with strategic execution capabilities
• Experience with multiple ERP and CRM systems
