Support the Sungrow Service team with quotes and order execution;
Manage incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally;
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions;
Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely delivery;
Keep price lists updated and accurate;
Work with the supply chain management team to ensure parts orders are received in a timely manner;
Work with the accounting adepartment to ensure accurate and timely billing to customers as orders are shipped.
