Position: Member Service Specialist Bilingual Spanish - Starting at 18.50 (Training 10AM - 630 PM CT) - Remote

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls and emails from members, pharmacies, and doctor’s offices regarding medication and benefits
- Investigate and resolve member inquiries promptly or escalate to the appropriate team member
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA
- Provide support and assistance to callers to ensure their medication needs are met
- Perform additional duties as assigned to enhance customer service operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for a work visa or residency sponsorship
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills with a focus on professionalism and empathy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous call center experience, particularly in the healthcare industry
- Experience working from home (remote)
- Fluency in Spanish
- Strong PC skills with the ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
