Position: AI Specialist, Customer Success (Scaled)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Proactively manage customer health through intentional, outcome-driven engagement
  • Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to accelerate AI adoption
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with customer leaders across various organizational levels
  • Deliver world-class customer experiences by minimizing time-to-value during onboarding
  • Advocate for customers by providing feedback and insights to the product development team
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 3+ years of related experience in Customer Success/Experience
  • Previous experience in customer success roles within enterprise technology/SaaS
  • Proven track record of linking technology solutions to customer use cases and business outcomes
  • Ability to explain the business value of AI to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

    Strong interpersonal skills to influence across multiple levels and functions within an organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in supporting adoption of AI-powered solutions in customer-facing roles
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information sciences & technology, engineering, or business is a plus
