Position: Customer Success Manager (Southeast/Central)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive adoption and product utilization of Rapid Deploy's Lightning product to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, turning them into advocates for the product
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Support, and Product to address customer needs
  • Act as the voice of the customer to influence product roadmap enhancements
  • Engage with senior leadership to define and execute customer engagement strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role
  • Proven track record of solution selling and understanding client challenges in SaaS or public safety environments
  • Solid understanding of cloud computing, enterprise SaaS software, and data analytics
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience driving end-user adoption of mobile applications
  • Background in technology or emergency services, particularly within a public safety agency
  • Demonstrated creativity in customer engagement and problem-solving
  • Experience in change management, training, and process improvement
  • Self-motivated and energetic team player with innovative ideas
