- Drive adoption and product utilization of Rapid Deploy's Lightning product to enhance customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, turning them into advocates for the product
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Support, and Product to address customer needs
- Act as the voice of the customer to influence product roadmap enhancements
- Engage with senior leadership to define and execute customer engagement strategies
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role
- Proven track record of solution selling and understanding client challenges in SaaS or public safety environments
- Solid understanding of cloud computing, enterprise SaaS software, and data analytics
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical teams
- Experience driving end-user adoption of mobile applications
- Background in technology or emergency services, particularly within a public safety agency
- Demonstrated creativity in customer engagement and problem-solving
- Experience in change management, training, and process improvement
- Self-motivated and energetic team player with innovative ideas
