You are the first voice a client hears on the phone and the first face they see when they walk in.
Your key responsibility is to build deep client relationships and to anticipate their needs, helping them achieve their financial goals.
Position schedule:
Full‑Time.
Branch address: 384 North Third Avenue Suite C, Fruitport, MI.

Provide exceptional service via calls, email, and in‑person interactions, resolving issues and building strong relationships. - Account Management:
Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account openings, transfers, documentation, and accurate record maintenance. - Administrative & Operational Support:
Work independently under the advisor’s direction; schedule appointments, prepare materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, and streamline processes. - Technology:
Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new tools such as Money Guide, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
