• 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in waste disposal or a related field
• Knowledge of RCRA laws and regulations as they pertain to waste characterization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Docu Sign, and PDF writer
• Strong commitment to customer service and effective communication skills
• Ability to analyze complex documentation and adhere to technical procedures

• 5-7 years of experience with DOT/RCRA/Hazardous waste regulations
• Experience in advanced accounting processes
• Ability to identify trends and data patterns in customer service metrics
