• Minimum of 1 year experience in a contact center environment
• Proficient technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service role
• Proven ability to multi-task effectively
• Strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills
• Receptive to feedback with a desire to learn and improve
• Excellent people relationship skills
