• This is not a remote, virtual, or work‑from‑home position. It is located inside our Astoria, Oregon location.

• Responsibly serve members online, over the phone, and through the ITM using Member Advantage™ sales and service principles.
• Assist members with transactions, loan accounts, questions, complaints, member‑related concerns, procedural and policy concerns, and resolution of account problems.
• Consistently meet all referral, sales, and production goals; cross‑sell to contribute to CU goals.
• Support the culture of putting members first, for both external and internal members.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience or general public contacts.
