[Customer Service / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $42K per year + bonuses / Medical, dental & vision / 401k / PTO - As a Member Service Coordinator, you will:
Conduct member outreach (telephonic, text and email) to schedule and confirm appointments;
Effectively leverage practice management systems, EMRs and other tools to obtain patient data and perform outreach;
Adhere to all practice rules regarding documentation and access to various systems;
Appropriately document all communication in Vatica Healths internal applications;
Ensure that all HIPAA Privacy and Security requirements and responsibilities are constantly adhered to.
