Responsibilities

• Booking appointments with clients to strategize their coverage options
• Engage with clients in a friendly & professional manner, while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support & solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
• Collaborate with management teams to work towards company objectives

Requirements Include:

• Working laptop/computer with working camera and microphone for Zoom
• Monday-Friday
• Interpersonal skills - effective communication (verbal, non-verbal and written), collaboration and leadership
• An ideal candidate would display honesty, integrity, dependability and a positive attitude
