About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist
, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering exceptional assistance with professionalism, clarity, and empathy. Your communication skills, patience, and problem-solving mindset will help ensure every customer receives a smooth, efficient, and positive service experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat by answering questions, resolving issues, and delivering top-quality support
  • Provide clear, accurate, and dependable information regarding products and services
  • Handle account updates, troubleshoot technical concerns, and address requests promptly and effectively
  • Keep detailed and precise documentation of all customer interactions to maintain consistent service excellence

  • Collaborate with team members, exchange insights, and contribute suggestions to enhance processes and overall customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in German (C1 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B1 level)
  • Turkish Citizenship
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
