Were seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Travel Agent Planner to join our team. In this fully remote role youll craft memorable travel experiences for clients everything from weekend getaways to once-in-a-lifetime vacations while enjoying the flexibility to work from home.

Key responsibilities- Consult with clients to capture travel preferences, needs and budgets; manage multiple client requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Research destinations, accommodations, transport options, activities and local requirements to create safe, practical recommendations.
- Design and present clear, customized itineraries that meet client objectives.
- Coordinate and confirm bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, tours and car rentals; maintain accurate booking records.
- Provide timely, proactive support before, during and after travel including problem resolution and itinerary adjustments as needed.
- Monitor industry updates, travel advisories and supplier policies to ensure compliant and current guidance.
- Strong communication and customer service skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent organization, research ability and attention to detail.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and managing time effectively.
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Familiarity with online travel booking tools/platforms is a plus.
- Flexible, fully remote work arrangement.
- Structured onboarding and ongoing professional training.
- Access to a broad network of travel suppliers and planning resources.
- Clear pathways to specialize and grow within the company (e.g., family travel, luxury, cruises, honeymoons).
