• Make reservations for owners and assist with changes or cancellations
• Troubleshoot reservation issues and provide timely solutions
• Engage with owners to discover their vacation preferences and suggest suitable options
• Confirm reservation details, ensuring accuracy and clarity on policies
• Educate owners about vacation insurance and assist with additional travel planning

• Passion for travel and hospitality
• Six months of customer service or sales experience
• Good listening and conversational skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or GED

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry
