Customer Service Specialist - Online Branch

First National Bank of America Online Branch team is seeking a candidate who excels in accuracy, customer service, record-keeping, and multitasking in a fast‑paced environment to fill the Customer Service Specialist role.

Location: On‑Site at our East Lansing, MI location

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via email, messages, and phone calls
• Assist customers with opening accounts and Certificate of Deposits using our online platform
• Obtain customer signatures on necessary documents and forms
• Ensure strict compliance with banking regulations and procedures
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and profiles
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, courtesy, and customer service aptitude
• Jack Henry 20/20 core experience is a bonus
• Knowledge of deposit account opening regulations is a bonus
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a bonus
