• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to address their energy needs and encourage program enrollments
• Drive success in a high‑volume sales environment and meet daily production and quality goals
• Identify eligibility and consistently close enrollments
• Participate as an active team member in a remote work environment, including attending training sessions
• Thrive in a commission‑based role focused on defined metrics

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer‑facing environment, preferably in an inbound/outbound sales call center
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
• No attendance or punctuality issues
• Comfort in a fast‑paced environment while managing customer support and navigating multiple platforms

• Bilingual skills to assist Spanish‑speaking customers
• Previous experience in a sales‑oriented role with a focus on customer service satisfaction
• A proactive "How can I help you?" attitude
