- Provide exceptional customer support while navigating multiple platforms
- Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a customer‑facing environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to type 35+ words per minute
- No attendance or punctuality issues
- Experience handling inbound or outbound voice calls
- Previous call center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment
- Bilingual skills to assist Spanish‑speaking customers
- Sales‑oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, intensive work environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to support customer needs
