• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing environment
• Experience handling inbound or outbound voice calls
• Ability to type 35+ WPM
• No attendance or punctuality concerns

• Call center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment
• Bilingual skills to assist Spanish-speaking customers
• Ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously while providing customer support
• Sales-oriented with a strong focus on customer service satisfaction
• A proactive “How can I help you?” attitude
