• Identify customer eligibility and consistently close enrollments

• Navigate scripts effectively while supporting customer inquiries and maintaining performance metrics

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer‑facing environment, preferably in a call center
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
• No attendance or punctuality issues
• Strong customer service orientation with a sales‑focused mindset

• Previous experience in an outbound sales environment
• Bilingual skills to assist Spanish‑speaking customers
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, intensive work environment
• Familiarity with navigating multiple platforms simultaneously
• “How can I help you?” attitude towards customer service
