As a Customer Service Representative, you will be AAA’s first impression to the customer! The customer’s service experience is something we take very seriously. Therefore any employee filling this role must have the following;
Role Responsibilities- Customer relations
- Schedule customer repairs
- Assist with part operations
- Filing and other light clerical duties
- Be warm and friendly
- Being organized is a must
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Keyboarding/Typing is a plus
- Familiar to Microsoft (Word, Excel, etc.) also a plus
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Competitive hourly based pay
- 8 Observed Paid Holidays
- Paid time off (based on tenure)
- Possible remote working opportunity (based on tenure)
