Position: Ever Health - Customer Success Manager, (Remote, US)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the best possible customer experience
  • Monitor customer usage of products and services to drive adoption and identify upsell opportunities
  • Develop individual success plans for each customer to ensure adoption, expansion, and loyalty
  • Maintain deep understanding of the Collaborate

    MD Platform and the Ever Health portfolio of products
  • Share best practices to help customers close process gaps and improve success metrics
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant service/relationship management experience
  • Prior SaaS account management experience highly desired, healthcare industry experience is a plus
  • Experience managing multiple tasks effectively
  • A willingness to take initiative and solve problems

  • Experience in creating best‑in‑class service delivery methodologies and processes
  • An orientation toward constantly improving processes and management best practices
  • Willingness to share successful customer experience practices from previous roles
