We’re looking for an organized, dependable Customer Service / Sales Rep who communicates clearly, takes ownership, and helps clients feel supported from start to finish.
Location: 12600 Deerfield Parkway, Suite 100, Alpharetta, GA
Schedule: Full-time | Mon–Fri
Type: In-office to start (work-from-home potential once fully trained, based on performance and business needs)
What You’ll Do- Assist clients via phone, text, and email in both English and Spanish
- Onboard customers and explain our process clearly and confidently
- Update records and manage customer data in Salesforce
- Coordinate with insurance companies, attorneys, and appraisers
- Keep cases organized and moving forward efficiently
- Spanish-speaking required (professional fluency)
- 1+ year customer service experience
- Excellent communication and organization
- Insurance or automotive background a plus
