Eligibility: This position is open to candidates residing in Latin America.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the main point of contact to resolve inquiries and provide timely, effective support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve overall service quality.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Experience in Customer Success or Account Management (SaaS or services preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities
- Fluent English
