- Handle high volume inbound calls daily from policyholders and clients, providing expert guidance and support in both English and Spanish.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries related to policies, billing, endorsements, and claims with professionalism and empathy.
- Process and issue insurance documents including policies, certificates, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Investigate and resolve premium discrepancies, system issues, and processing errors with accuracy and efficiency.
- Navigate multiple systems and software platforms simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
This is a full‑time position.
Basic Qualifications- Property and Casualty Insurance Producer/General or Personal Lines License (required).
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role within the insurance industry.
- Proven ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality and professionalism.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and the ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
