Position OverviewAs a Virtual Chat Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and community members engaging through SIGN’s online chat platform. You’ll provide prompt, accurate, and compassionate support, helping users navigate services, resolve issues, and feel heard.
This role requires excellent written communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced virtual environment.

- Familiarity with chat support tools and customer service software (preferred)
