• Increase customer retention through process knowledge and program management implementation
• Manage revenue backlog based on assignment
• Utilize in-house reporting systems to generate data, analyze results, and present findings to customers or internal business partners
• Create tutorials and facilitate customer meetings via webinars
• Collaborate daily with internal and external cross‑functional teams to meet initiatives and customer needs on schedule

• College degree preferred and/or minimum 3 years of office experience
• Ability to facilitate and lead projects
• Strong presentation skills
• Analytical problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Experience working in a fast‑paced and changing environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer systems, including Windows and Outlook
