WAH Call Centre Representative (Urgently Hiring) ote Work-at-Home (Canada). Full-Time, Hourly.
MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. We are urgently hiring Work-at-Home (WAH) Call Centre Representatives to join our remote support team. Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
- Record call details and customer feedback in the system.
- Meet performance goals and adhere to call center protocols.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to begin work immediately.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security results.
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening. Job offers are contingent on drug screening results. (Does not apply in Canada)
- Starting compensation is based on experience.
