Customer Care Advisor

• Act as the first point of contact for customer questions, requests, and complaints across different channels.
• Handle customer data and documentation accurately in our systems.
• Build strong, long‑term customer relationships by thinking along with their needs and identifying growth opportunities.
• Share valuable customer insights with internal teams to support account planning and continuous improvement.
• Represent TVH at fairs and events, strengthening customer connections.
• Guide customers in making the most of our e‑commerce platform.
• Actively contribute ideas to improve processes and share knowledge with colleagues.

• You have a strong customer‑first mindset; experience in customer service is a plus.
• You are solution‑driven, resilient, and enjoy finding the right answer.
