Dutch Speaking Client Support Specialist

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer a remote opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Client Support Specialist to work from anywhere in Bulgaria! In this essential role, you will connect with our Dutch‑speaking clients, providing exceptional support and assistance to ensure their needs are met efficiently. Fluency in Dutch will be key to fostering strong client relationships and delivering a quality customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top‑notch support to clients in Dutch via phone, email, and chat from your remote location.
  • Resolve inquiries and assist with product‑related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Accurately document client interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex client concerns.
  • Educate clients on the effective use of our products and services.
  • Gather client feedback to continuously improve our service offerings.
  • Maintain a positive and professional image of Mercier Consultancy in all interactions.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Client‑focused attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
