Each venue offers indoor and outdoor space for public and private parties and hosts an impressive schedule of events including concerts, charitable fundraisers, watch parties and more.

• Answer inbound phone calls and provide warm, timely hospitality to guests across multiple locations
• Respond to general questions and route calls to the appropriate on‑site teams when needed
• Communicate clearly with local teams to ensure guest follow‑ups are handled smoothly
• Support the continued growth and improvement of Chicken N Pickle’s guest services and call center operations
• Maintain a calm, guest‑focused approach in a fast‑paced, high‑volume call environment

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, guest services, or a fast‑paced customer‑facing role
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills
• Comfort using computers and learning new systems quickly
• A collaborative mindset and positive, service‑driven attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
