• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Experience with data entry using a computer
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including training periods
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with computer applications

• One year of experience in customer service, technical support, or administrative support in a contact center environment
