• Handle inbound and outbound contacts professionally and courteously

• Attend training sessions to stay updated on program knowledge and processes

• High School Diploma or GED
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Experience with data entry utilizing a computer
• Ability to work scheduled shifts and maintain regular attendance
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with computer applications

• One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field in a contact center environment
