Customer Service Representative

• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or e‑mail to provide non‑technical problem resolution
• Analyze customer service needs and refer complex issues to appropriate departments
• Monitor blow mold machines to ensure product quality and processing
• Maintain customer files and assist with inventory management
• Generate and distribute customer‑required reports, including inventory and volume

• Minimum of two years of prior customer service experience
• Prior manufacturing experience is desired
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Knowledge of MS Office is required
• Must be available for reasonable mandatory overtime as needed due to business demands

• An Associate's degree is preferred
• Experience with customer relationship applications or databases
