What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for client products and services
- Handle inbound customer inquiries using a call flow guide in both Spanish and English
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software
- Maintain accurate documentation and information in company databases
- Stay knowledgeable about client products, including smartphones, tablets, and computers
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build customer relationships
- A quiet, distraction-free home environment for remote work
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
