• Work with patients to schedule appointments as the first point of contact for new patients, calling to book appointments or learn about Aspen Dental services.
• Answer inbound calls in a high-volume environment, handling questions and concerns with compassion.
• Listen empathetically and think critically to understand patient needs; use trained sales and customer service techniques to set appointments. Focus on appointment acceptance and customer care to reach individual and call center goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Call Center Leadership team.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Proficient in both English and Spanish
• 1+ years of customer service experience (retail, call center, or hospitality preferred); ability to answer calls in a high-volume call center strongly preferred
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced, goal- and consumer-driven environment
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Tech-savvy; ability to navigate provided technology efficiently
• Internet:
  Cable/Fiber connection; ability to hardwire within 6 feet of router; minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
• Quiet, HIPAA-compliant, private workspace
• Some evening and weekend scheduling availability required

• Pay rate: $17.00 per hour, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses paid monthly and pay rate increases at 90 and 180 days
