Customer Service Representative / Call‑Taker

Not a remote position.

Schedule:

Mon–Fri, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM. Pay: $16.00/hour.

Your Responsibilities

Reporting to the Call Center Manager, you will:

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and text messages
  • Schedule, confirm, and update transportation appointments
  • Collect and enter accurate data into our systems
  • Handle complaints professionally
  • Make outbound calls for appointment coordination
  • Follow all department procedures and quality standards
  • Stay up to date on policies and protocols
  • Support team efforts to ensure exceptional client experiences
What You Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fast, accurate typing (40+ WPM)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Comfortable using a headset and sitting for long periods
  • Able to pass a Level II background check
