The role is an exciting opportunity to join our customer service team, the Soho Support Team (SST), as we launch new houses across the Americas. The Coordinator reports to the Soho Support Manager for Membership and is responsible for delivering first‑class service to members throughout the Americas while adhering to departmental SLAs. This role offers strong growth potential for a candidate passionate about exceptional customer experience.
MainDuties
- Act as the enthusiastic first point of contact for member queries via telephone and email, responding in a timely manner and meeting SLA targets.
- Provide proactive service to a diverse membership, handling membership administration, club and restaurant enquiries.
- Use Salesforce and Open Table to create, look up and update records for current and potential members.
- Set up new member and renewal payments through credit card, Direct Debit, and bank transfer, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and legal guidelines.
- Support the general administration of our North and LATAM American houses, including future house openings.
- Amend, pause, transfer and upgrade memberships, ensuring compliance with Terms & Conditions.
- Assist other departments with information requests and related tasks.
- Contribute to ad‑hoc projects assigned by the Head of Support or Soho Support Manager.
- At least one year of customer‑facing experience, preferably in a membership environment.
- Experience working to personal and departmental targets, SLAs and KPIs.
- Enthusiasm for delivering first‑class customer service.
- Experience with Salesforce/CRM systems and Open Table.
- Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written, with a friendly yet professional manner.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Passion for elevating the customer experience through knowledge, empathy and attention to detail.
- Professional telephone presence and strong written correspondence skills.
- IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office suites, and meticulous data entry.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn and progress.
- Must be based out of or near Miami, FL.
