Position: Customer Service Representative Travel (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative — Travel to support clients throughout their vacation planning and booking process. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for travelers—answering questions, handling updates, providing information, and ensuring each client enjoys a smooth, stress‑free experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms in a timely, professional manner.
  • Assist clients with travel planning, booking changes, cancellations, and special accommodation requests.
  • Provide accurate and current information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and agency procedures.
  • Maintain organized client records and ensure smooth communication throughout the booking process.
  • Follow up with clients prior to travel and after their trip to confirm details and gather feedback.
  • Resolve concerns with empathy, patience, and effective problem‑solving.
