Lifeline Call Taker - Overnight Shifts Available ($20/hr)

Joinour team as a Lifeline Call Taker and provide crucial support to individuals in distress.

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in telephone/call-center roles, especially thoseinvolving emotional support, is highly preferred
• Competent with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, databases, and other software systems
• Ability to remain calm and composed while deescalating crisis situations while showing very high levels of empathy
• Must attend training in Framingham, MA
• Requires a Mac (Google Chrome access) or PC, reliable Wi‑Fi, and aheadset with a microphone compatible with the computer
• Must have a quiet workspace for working from home
