Position Overview

MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are looking for full-time bilingual call center representatives to support various projects. Responsibilities include troubleshooting basic technical issues, building strong customer relationships, and identifying upsell opportunities. Candidates should be natural problem solvers committed to providing excellent customer service.

Position

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound contacts courteously and professionally
  • Listen, understand customer needs, and resolve issues
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
  • Utilize systems to manage accounts and document claims accurately
  • Follow scripts, policies, and procedures
  • Use knowledge base and training to answer questions
  • Maintain confidentiality of information
  • Escalate issues appropriately
  • Aim for first call resolution
  • Participate in meetings and training
  • Adhere to attendance and schedule requirements
Candidate Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Experience with data entry and computer use
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Reliable high-speed internet (20

    Mbps+)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • Availability for scheduled shifts
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year in customer service or support roles
