• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Experience with data entry utilizing a computer
• Ability to work regular shifts within operational hours, including during training
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

• One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or similar roles in a contact center environment
